Analysis of building contaminants and und deconstruction planning, factory area Altendorf (SZ)
Project
On the site of the former printing ink factory of Stehlin+Hostag in Altendorf SZ, the new construction project “Hof Business Park” was planned. For this purpose, the existing buildings had to be completely demolished and the area prepared for a new building.
The deconstruction area covers a total area of approximately 16’000 m². The first buildings were erected in 1970, since then the area had been continuously expanded and provided with new buildings.
Specifications
The basements contained, among other things, around 80 extensive tank installations. Due to the previous use, there were not only structural damage but also stresses in the building fabric.
Performance
Go Bau AG was responsible for determining the building contaminants and planning the deconstruction.
