Niederglatt (ZH); Relief line Bahnhofstrasse Trench- and Paperless (BIM2Field)
Project
For the capacity increase, a new relief pipeline (meteoric water) with a length of approx. 350m and a diameter of DN 1400mm was constructed. The pipeline was driven with a (microtunneling) curved drive (min. radius 120m) with two reaches. The required start and target pits were constructed by means of drilled piles. A discharge structure was constructed in the Glatt area. The discharge structure was constructed in cast-in-place concrete and the adjacent bank protection was carried out with a block set. For the construction of the discharge structure, an excavation pit had to be closed by means of sheet piles in the Glatt. In addition, adjustments had to be made to various existing structures. In addition, adjustments to various existing structures were necessary, as well as the relocation of individual utility lines.
Specifications
The construction site had to be executed as a “paperless construction site” with the BIM2Field method. So all work steps on the construction site (setting out, excavation, reinforcement, formwork, etc.) were carried out without any paper plans. The execution documents were handed over to the contractor as digital execution models.
Performances
INGE ELB was commissioned with SIA phases 32 to 53. Within INGE, Go Bau AG assumed the role of overall project management and construction management.
